Summary: Location, location, location….except the pool is demolished and being redone and the boat launch wasn’t open for part of our stay. Owners were super friendly and very accommodating. Had some plumbing issues and they were right on it….High traffic street, got used to the noise.

Summary: Everything was excellent ! The location; price; overall experience. The house was great, big, bright and the kitchen was stocked with every cooking item you would need. Enjoyed the beautiful back yard. A nice neighborhood and parks close by. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. The owners where great and very easy to get a hold of. If I’m in the area in the future, I will rent this house again.

Summary: We have stayed in this rental for about four years now and are very satisfied with it. We like the quiet location, lots of streets for walking, heated pool down the road at the park, and central location to parks and wildlife areas for biking, walking and birding. The house is very comfortable with Dish TV, and adequate kitchen furnishings to make our meals there. Good restaurants and grocery stores nearby as well as a fresh seafood market about 10 minutes away. Will return again.

Summary: Husband and myself stayed here for a month again and it was another great stay. Check in and communication was easy. Plenty of room for friends to join us without feeling cramped. Would highly recommend!

Summary: This house is extremely homie, clean and well stocked with anything you need. Jerry & Lynn are very helpful and respond quickly with anything you might need. They made us feel like family. Would highly recommend this property.

Summary: Four seniors stayed in this home for a month. It was well furnished, comfortable and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep, although we needed to remove some items from the refrigerator and freezer to have room for our food. The street was rather busy at rush hour and is a major route for emergency vehicles but overall it was a quiet neighborhood with sidewalks for walking and biking. Owners responded to questions quickly and checkin was easy with the electronic keypad. We will definitely return next year.
